1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve records for visitors, perform official background checks, or file documents on anyone's behalf.

Its purpose is to identify Curry County record custodians, including the Sheriff's Records Division, Curry County Circuit Court, Oregon State Police Criminal Justice Information Services, and the Oregon Public Sex Offender Registry, and to provide links to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the website, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools against the pages
• Violate federal, Oregon, or local law through your use of the website
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone with information found here
• Use the content for hiring, housing, credit, lending, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Curry County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not create credit reports, background checks, or any other consumer report. Neither the website nor its advertising partners provides a service designed to evaluate job applicants, rental applications, insurance risk, or creditworthiness. You agree not to use information from this website or a linked tool to:

• Evaluate creditworthiness or establish an insurance premium
• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Screen a renter or housing applicant
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA

When a lawful purpose requires such a check, use Oregon State Police Criminal Justice Information Services or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

Website content is not legal advice. General explanations of Curry County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, or Oregon set-aside rule applies to an individual matter. Seek advice from a licensed Oregon attorney.
